Collect E-mails for Advertising Contacts

I'm gathering emails for potential partners in advertising for a famous College satirical magazine, and would love to transfer that labor over to a free lancer. Firstly, from the following list of websites, I would want an excel spreadsheet with the following columns: First name of contact, last name of contain, name of company/restaurant/organization, e-mail, and "type of organization" (from list below).
