Data entry - digitise customer records

I need trustworthy and reliable freelancers to digitise some customer records for my company. They are composed mainly of scans; jpg, png and also pdf files.
Freelancer needs to be able to make intelligent decisions in respect to the data entered, and have a high level of accuracy.
I don't think it is possible to automate this process, manual data entry more than likely required, however I do welcome being incorrect on this.
You need good English, and if you want me to even consider you, please include the sentence I Paid Attention in School in your offer. This shows me you at least read the project outline.
I am offering a payment of $3 for every customer entered, 100 records at a time.
If you perform well and wish to do more, there will be more, from my count there is approximately 1000 records to digitise.
