Excel formula help - INDEX, MATCH, LARGE

Hi - I need some help building an excel formula that pulls fields based on multiple criteria into a dynamic list. I think the formula should be some combination of INDEX, MATCH, LARGE but am open to your solution. Target price is $20 SGD
The criteria for the dynamic list is shown in C4:C12 of the attachment. The formulas for the dynamic list list should reference cells D4:D12 (not hard-coded) and show the information in the bottom half based on the Top 20 order of total price. I've made some of the cells in D4:D12 data validation lists to test that the dynamic list works.
Also, if there are duplicate values for the total price, then the dynamic list should show all of them. For example, 5,000,0000 shows up many times. The dynamic list should each instance in the Top 20 if there are more than one.
