low budget data entry on an excel sheet

We are creating a database. we have already referenced around 1000 cartridges (for printers).
our file is nearly filled, but we still need to add the printers that correspond to the cartridge on this excel sheet. (for example the cartridge AAA001 goes with the printers hp officejet 001 and hp LaserJet AAA).
For all of the cartridges we need you to search on the net (we provide you the websites on which to search) the printers that go with the cartridge and to add it on the corresponding cell.
and we have a very low budget for this
