Firefox Extension - Reddit-Enhancement-Suite Tag Search/Display

I use the following software:

When browsing [login to view URL] using the Firefox browser.

There is a feature I use:

User Tagger - Adds a great deal of customization around users - tagging them, ignoring them, and more.

Essentially, it allows you to add a comment behind a user's name.

For example:

In this first screen print, you can see that the user, 'SuperAarukka', has a Tag of 'Need source'.

Another user, 69karatdiamond, has no set tag, and instead a 'tag' icon shows behind their name.

If I click on tag behind 69karatdiamond, it shows the following screen:

Where the user can choose either a preset value or can enter a custom value.

After I select the 'sourced' preset value, the pop-up screen closes, and I see the following:

What I need is an extension that will look through the usernames listed on the page, and then display the records that do NOT yet have a Tag.

Specific requirements:

1. I want the ability to see a list of users who do NOT have a Reddit-Enhancement-Suite tag behind their user name (an 'unassigned user').

2. I want a list of unassigned users to appear in a pop-up window or separate tab that will persist until I close it.

3. If multiple instances of the username appear on the same page, I only want to see it listed once on the pop-up/separate tab.

4. I want to exclude instances where the poster/comment has deleted their post/comment and the username now shows '[deleted]'.

5. I'd like the ability to click on the Reddit username in the pop-up/separate tab, have that user name be copied to the copy-paste memory, and be taken to the user's name on the source page.

6. The mod can be a temporary extension that is loaded each time the browser is opened.

7. The mod needs to run on Firefox.

8. The mod needs to run after I've loaded ten pages via the never-ending Reddit browse feature (up to ~1,000 unique usernames).

9. The developer who does this job will have to install the Reddit Enhancement Suite software.

Use Case:

The planned usage is that I load a Reddit page, possibly select the End keyboard button ten times to get to the max number of comments/posts (Reddit Enhancement feature), select a button/option to see a list of unassigned users, select the first username in the list, navigate to their name on the source page, copt that name automatically, then manually alt-tab to an Excel file, select the Search option in Excel, paste in the users name, determine if they need a tag, then alt-tab back to the source page and assign the user a user tag. I will then repeat the process with the next unassigned user.
