This listing is for ONGOING WORK to develop small business websites for the Australian market.

We are looking for a LONG TERM PARTNER to develop and grow with our business.

The price to quote is PER SITE.

Initially the number of sites per month may be very low, say 2 or 3.

We envisage over the next 12 months to 24 months this number will increase steadily to a minimum of 6 to 8 per month.

We do not guarantee any specific number of sites per month, but our success is also your success and dependant on the quality and consistency and timely delivery of YOUR WORK as a developer.

We are purely interested in the marketing and client relationship of the business, YOU will be our ONE and ONLY dedicated web design firm, if you look after us we will look after you.

Our business plan is comprehensive and a new concept to the Australian market as far as pricing and marketing goes, we want you to share in the excitement and grow with us.

Our business ramp up will commence in October 2006, so you need to be ready to start then.

We have been in business for over 6 years with established clients in Australia.

The details for each site and our requirements are listed below. Please read carefully. We are only interested in a LONG TERM relationship with a company able to provide excellent references and a comprehensive portfolio for us to browse first. Please be very detailed and address any issues you may have, we are interested in working as a team.

• Company logo design or conversion to web graphics if my client already has a logo.

• Website graphic design done in your choice of program (Photoshop, fireworks etc- PLEASE SPECIFY)

• Template file done in Macromedia Dreamweaver ONLY. ALL PAGES in the site MUST be template based and linked to CSS style sheets for formatting.

• Flash introduction and/or page header MAY BE REQUIRED for some sites, not always though.

• Email header and footer with link menu to site.

• E-Newsletter template.

• Each site will be between 6 and 15 pages.

• I will provide a comprehensive site structure and all content to make life VERY EASY for you.

• I expect GREAT COMMUNICATION – you must be available to chat on MSN or YAHOO or SKYPE to discuss any issues, and reply to emails within 24 hours – NO EXCEPTIONS

• Site is to be done in HTML format so I can update it easily later on.

• Site MUST BE YOUR ORIGINAL WORK – no template monster or similar rip-offs, any violation of this requirement will result in instant termination of the project and contract.

• All files INCLUDING original graphics and the complete finished site must be emailed to me upon completion of the project in .ZIP format.

• Project turnaround time from order to publishing must be within 14 days.

• Copyright of the site and ownership of all rights will pass on to me upon completion of the site.

• ALL PAYMENTS will ONLY be done through official getafreelancer channels for the first 5 projects, then we can discuss alternatives.

• A minimum of 4 concepts for each site will need to be presented for approval to develop.

• Most images (for example product lines etc) will be provided in raw digital format by me.

• You may need to source some images; other images will come from existing websites with full legal permission to grab the images.

• Payments – 50% upon approval of concept, logo and all graphics.

• 50% 3 days after publishing and the delivery of the site content email to me, to allow for sorting of any usability and content error issues.
