We currently requires GameCard Supplier & Cyber Cafe Solution Website. Most of our products are for Game Card(Reload Point for Online Games) and Cyber Cafe Software. The sample of website doing this type of business is:

we need 4 pages: Main/Home, Products, News/Events, ContactUs.
Each page should have Unique flash effect. we don’t want the full-page Flash effect. Only the top portion or header is having the flash effect, but it has to eye catching.
The button to click on other pages should have some special effect too.
The design should be unique and professional, you must be very creative and strong on design, graphics, flash. Please don’t use any template you already designed for someone.
We prefer someone who did similar website before.
Please note only serious/responsible coder can bid on this project.
We not going to provide any images for this purpose, provider have to use it through own.
