We need a site built for our new business. We will offer template-based website building services to clients. Our site will be based on a template we will provide. Clients will be able to visit our site to preview our services and products.
After we finish our site, we will also need someone to build hundreds of ready-to-go, template-based simple sites for us in 2007. However, this bid will include ONLY our main site, the 1st site.
Our template-based site will have the following features:
-Flash intro incorporating our logo.
-7-12 pages of content to enter into the template we provide. These will include a form which a client can fill out and submit to us.
-100-150 sample templates. We WILL provide these templates to you. The templates will be arranged under 5-8 different categories. A client will be able to view a template and click it to enlarge it.
5 sample template-based websites which a client can view form our site, our as a link on our site. You will need to build each of these 5 template-based sites.
All pages/content will be centered in IE and FF, all versions, using high resolution settings. All pages will look identical in both IE and FF.
Site will NOT have a payment gateway.
Coder Requirements:
Deadline: Need this first site built and fully functional before Tuesday, May 10, 2007.
Terms: we will pay for the site 100% only AFTER it is delivered and fully functional on our server for 7 days. After 7 problem-free days on our server, we will tender 100% payment to you, via overnight mail or whatever method you prefer. This way, we get what we ordered. (Sorry, we have been ripped off 3 times in 7 months) No exceptions.
If we hire you and you do a great job on this site, keep in mind, we will immediately start handing you scores of 3-5 page very simple template-based sites to configure.
Accessibility: You MUST have a USA land line/Vonage so that we can speak with you on a phone. We do not use Skype, IM, Google talk, emails, etc. No exceptions.
Capabilities: please do NOT bid on this if you cannot meet the requirements as described. You must be able to provide urls' to sites that you built, and PROOF, that you built them, namely contact info from previous clients, so that we may speak with them. If you really have experience for this project, then you will have no problem verifying your previous work, right?
FYI: We are looking for a really LONG TERM relationship with a BONA FIDE expert Programmer(s).
BTW: Even though we do not speak "techie" we DO know what is a competitive price, so be realistic with your bid, or we will delete it. Thank you for your time!
