Contractor should review a .swf file. File contains two slides. First image is good but second slide (layer) needs touches. Contractor must create attractive image for second slide. There are three small images on second slide. You need to identify buildings (e.g bridge, tower, antique place) and you must download high quality original images and work on that. The background on second slide match website design and should be transparent.
There may be small changes on initial project description but basically, Flash designer will modify an existing SWF file and submit it back to me.
I'll not make any upfront payments, payment will be sent only when task is completed successfully. Please check my feedbacks and don't waste my time or your time. If you are looking for a small but a good startup on Freelancer, this could be an opportunity for you as well.
