Screensaver From FLA installers for Mac Window's and UNix

I have created a working animated Screensaver In Flash / Adobe Annomate, this is a .fla to fit my screen 2560 x 1600 I can redo the .fla to any size. The file needs a strapline and a logo adding for the client but he will not provide this until he has a handle on costs. The Screensaver is an illustration of a clock which i have animated to display the current time.

I need to know if This .fla can be exported to work on Mac OS Windows and a UNIX OS And have the ability to scale to a range of screen sizes. Although the Illustration is a bitmap and is large enough to fit any screen all the working parts of the clock are in vector format so should scale well.

From my research Exporting as an Adobe desktop air app seems to be the best way forward and this I​ believe can be scripted so only one installer is needed for various screen sizes

I have Created a single size installer For a mac which works. I need someone to create a single set of installers for each platform which would work on any size screen and being tested and confirmed to work.

Ideally, I need to a to confirm general cost with my client before proceeding with the job. Happy To give further details but would like to see evidence of experience in producing and a price guide.
