Need cartoon-like still and animated assets for a mobile app

The game is called Piano Ninja. Here are the assets I'll need.

Attached there is an image. That should be a starting point. Feel free to change it but keep the basics of the character the same. It should be a simple character and cartoonish and fun. I really like the sward so if you can draw the sward out it would be good also.

I would like this character to do the following. All assets should be in regular and 2x for retina display.

1. The mouth area should move as it appearing to talk.

2. The character should bow.

3. The character should do a few kung fu moves including the sward.

4. I need an ios app icon.
