Email marketing / EDM design champion needed

we need someone who can take over and design our EDMs and load to mailchimp on a weekly basis. there will be 2 eDMs per week required
along with the eDM we need a slider made for the home page banner every time also.
all eDMs will need to be designed and uploaded 2 days prior. we will give instructions on products and prices
the theme of the eDMs must remain the same as what we have now. sowe do not need a full EDM designed from scratch. simply change the same one to suit each week
