Video blog, travel blog, photography, unconventional navigation and design

Hello. I am looking for a company who can design, build, maintain and host a website. The site will include a video blog page, regular blogs (multiple pages), photography page, advertising and media page, about us, contact us, map page, city review page, RSS feed, Sponsor page, social media page, contest page and maybe a few more. I will be uploading approx. 5 or 6 videos per month and starting new blog topics every week. I will need good hosting for videos, I do not want slow-loading content. I will need links to all the mian social medias (facebook, twitter, pinster, linkedin, etc...). I will need SEO and some advertising options as well. I already own the domain. I will need to have this completed by the middle of May.

I have attached a mock-up of the home page that I made in photoshop. This is just an example so I will need a professional to add their own creativity to the logo and the site. Please note: The sign post on the page I have included is how I want the links to be displayed.
