Adding Hover Drop Down menu

I have a site built, using CSS. I want to add a drop down menu (mouse over hover). I can find code, but it messes with my design and layout (CSS). I want to keep the same format and layout I have, but add a drop down menu. I want the code so I can add it elsewhere when I need to. html and css attached.
