We are needing someone to develop and design our new home builder website. I know what I am looking for in design and layout. I want the website layout similar to this site: [login to view URL] where it is a scrolling main page and majority of the tabs are anchors to content further down the page, we the plan is to have 5 tabs three tabs will be anchors, two tabs not be anchors, but they will be simple content pages instead. That is all I am currently looking for, whomever I hire I expect updates, and timelines for all work as well as responses within 24hrs to any messaging. If I hire you, and the job is done well, there is a high likelyhood I will hire you again upkeep and future changes to the site.
