We need a joomla website that will perform all the functions of [login to view URL] website and in additions, users will be able to sell their cars to the public at any applicable price or sell it to us at a discounted price. Also, AcyMailing and Acy SMS must be the component handling emails and sms of the sites.
Basically, under the Buy a Car option, the buyer can buy and make payment immediately (Bank or online), make a car swap (i.e changing a car for its equivalent value or for upper value with cash to complete the deal) or buy and pay instalmentally(In this case, the buyer gives some information about his salary and banker and download a form which he will fill,give to his banker to sign so a pre-specified amount will be paid monthly to complete the deal). In this case, the admin will determine the applicable interest rate for 3, 6, 9 and 12 month Instalmental payment and cost to be paid, interest to be paid and the addition of both shows as soon as the buyer chooses the plan that suites him.
Under the Sell a car option, Seller can post his car for a fee for the public to contact him or sell it to us at a discounted rate. The Seller will be able to upload up to 8 Image Files for the public to see the car. Also, the seller will indicate by selecting options about year of purchased if it is a Nigerian Used Car, whether bought as Tokunbo, Newly or from another person, whether the car has had accidents before and the reasons why he want to sell the car and so on
On the users (Buyers and Sellers) subscription, user can subscribe for email freely or sms and choose the amount convenient for him. So he can pay to the bank or online through GTPay or Interswitch Ng. and they should be able to view their profile including debt updates for users who are paying instalmentally.
There should be space for adverts for Auto-technicians/Mechanics, Motor Insurance Companies and any other persons who deal with car in one way or the other.
