Buddypress-Stripe-Wordpress

I am looking to develop a buddypress business community that connects users to user profiles.

The logic behind what we want to do is fairly straightforward

* A user registers for free and their basic user profile is added to the website. Basic profiles are searchable by anyone.

* Once logged in, user adds an 'extended profile' in addition to the 'basic' profile they just created where the 'extended profile' can only be seen by other users who have upgraded to a paid membership.

* Website users who have not upgraded cannot see these 'extended profiles' and cannot add a user as a contact or communicate in any way with user until after they have upgraded their membership.

* Payments to be handled by stripe.

Additional modifications:

* Member directory page to include basic fields from user profile

* Default buddypress search box to be removed from site

* Custom search plugin to be installed and tested to work on all browsers

Other considerations:

* We hired someone to do this for us and he failed to complete the work. He made some changes to the buddypress plugin and theme using child pages. I wish to change themes but do not know if changes made could be transferred to a new child theme.

We are looking for someone who:

* Is very familiar with buddypress and can tell us before the project begins if any additional plugins are necessary to accomplish the above

* Is confident that they can make buddypress perform as above

* Will commit to doing the work first and paid at the end once satisfied.

* Someone who can provide a specific time frame for completion.
