We are needing a website that can do the following:
Password protected: Individuals needs to create an account that, which enables them to login into it.
1) Account / Login:
●The accounts fields needed are:
●First Name:
●Last Name:
●Email:
●Phone Number: (set field where all numbers will show up “306-537-0430”
●Password: the password can be anything
●The login will be the users email address.
●When someone goes to create an account, I am sent an email and approve the
users access via emailing them back.
2) Dashboard:
●Once they login there will be a dashboard which a variety of “links to go into”.
Each link will be for a different discipline (as shown below):
●Based upon your login credentials you would only have access to certain links.
There would also be some general info displayed here for everyone to see.
3) Individual Links
●With an individual link we would need the following:
●A link to an excel “google” sheet. This way we can edit the excel sheet on
google sheets.
●A section to store PDF files (approximately 20). The PDF’s would need to
have actual names on them and once clicked the user can download it /
view it. These PDF’s will be uploaded by myself a few times throughout
the fall.
●A section to store video’s of the weekly presentations. These videos will
be uploaded weekly. The users can then click on the videos and watch
them or download them.
