Work Flow
This web application is independent from its parent website http://victusnetwork.com and will run on a sub-domain of parent website. www.victusian.com . The progress so far is uploaded on victusnetwork.com/social/new : this is the main link for this project
This web application is private for registered members and will have paid membership.
User Types:
Student
Can register into the web application with free trial of 1 month from the time of registration and then will be asked for a subscription fee.
After free trial expires, he/she could login but could not perform any action like joining any event or group or comment in any group or blog anything. He/she could just view previously done stuffs.
Can invite his/her friends by individual email ids to join this social web application.
Can manage his/her profile info.
Can see/search other member’s profile (if public) and can send friend request.
Can register and participate in any event (if eligible), and can cancel registration within a specified period.
On registering in any event, he/she will become a group member automatically. Though he/she can leave that group or can re-join.
Can join any other group if found eligible.
Can post content in group as well as can share photo(s) in the group.
Can post blogs, comments and/or likes on anybody’s blog.
Can search members, events, blogs etc. within the web application.
Can be notified for the events, group comments/likes, blog comments/likes, friend request, etc.
Can gain points on each activity specified by Super Admin. These points indicate various Levels and make student eligible for participating in various activities (in form of events).
Master & Guru
Can register into the web application by paying specified onetime fee.
Has to select a Legion as a supervisor.
Can invite his/her friends by individual email ids to join this social web application.
Can manage his/her profile info as well as some preferences/settings.
Can see/search other member’s profile (if public) and can send friend request.
Can create event.
Can access event related stuffs like who are joining, who attended and etc.
Can manage event group as well as also can post in it.
Can post blogs and can also comment and/or like blogs and its comments.
Can search members, blogs etc. within the web application.
Can be notified for the event activities, group activities, blog activities etc.
Can become a “Guru” by achieving some milestones pre-set by Super Admin.
Legion
Special type of member. A kind of franchisees or affiliate partner.
Cannot register but Super Admin will create from back-end.
Can have access to manage and supervise assigned Masters.
Can also manage special events for Masters or potential members.
Rest can be same as Student and Master, i.e. invite friends, profile views, add friends, blogs, groups, notifications, Etc.
Super Admin
All access rights within the web application.
Can manage CMS, Points, Payments, Etc. and settings for respective things.
Can manage commissions and other related stuffs.
