Create 2 AI file box designs from existing design (repost)

Hello:
Previous freelancer was unable to complete project.
This design project will take the existing design (attached - PSD file will be provided) and complete the following:
1) Change the box shape. The dimensions of the box will be provided, but a diecut template will not be provided. (I will give you an example of a similar design that has the same shape, but different dimensions.)
2) Make a few changes to the box. Just a few minor changes - replacing the product image and adding a little text.
3) Create a second version of the box with a color variation of the product. You will need to modify the product image to change the color slightly. (The blue will be changed to pink). I won't provide the new product image, you will need to modify the existing one. You will also need to replace the UPC code. I will provide the UPC code.
Thus, you will deliver to me 2 AI files for the two variations of the box design.
