Creative Graphics Designer - house cross section

I run a web shop selling lights and gifts and want a funky contemporary graphic of a cross section of a house and garden to go on the landing page. Ideally fitting in 450 by 400 pixels, but open to ideas. As you move the mouse over the graphic it will pop up links to other categories in the shop. eg Move over the kitchen cabinet and it will pop up an a link to cabinet lights, move over the breakfast bar and it links to pendant lights. The graphic should also have people that as you rollover links to categories of gifts. The links themselves will probably be text graphics that I can take care of, although I would consider paying more for pop up category graphics if I could see an example idea.
I am looking for a creative person to come up with the right looking graphic. I've attached an idea of the look, but want something more funky and contemporary to go with the brand. Ideally the file would be photoshop or illustrator and easy to add/remove components.
In total there will be something like 7 rooms and 25-30 elements to include (eg floor lamp, pendant light, garden wall light). I can provide a draft list if needed. Then possibly category (25-30)graphics.
Looking for someone to work with on other areas of the site in the future. If you've got osCommerce/CREloaded template experience then all the better, but not a requirement for this job. Please provide examples of previous work.
