Customize some opencart functions and add fileds

I need some things customizing on my opencart store.
1. I need a field adding for an option that is pushed to me with 2 values. Depending on these two values whichever is selected, i need to display a different default order status for each. E.g if option value 1 selected set default order status 1 in admin, if option value 2 selected display order status 2 etc. This must be displayed in admin and invoice also.
2. i need to have a different invoice emailed to customer with the order confirmation email, and not the standard opencart one.
3. I need a CSV file export creating for pending orders, that I can upload to a shipping courier (Royal Mail DMO) so I can generate labels with minimal work. I will supply a csv template that is needed to be formatted in for royal mail to accept. Or if possible even push orders directly to royal mail DMO via an API so my orders are always there ready to print on demand.
I need this completing fast and ASAP.
