Design and build a Wordpress template for a small single-brand webshop

We are a large European webshop. We need to design small websites for all brands we are selling. We call these focussed websites a micro-site.
These Micro-websites all have to display about 3 to 6 product ranges from 1 brand. Each product range has a number of options to configure the final product (customer needs to enter some options). Using these options the customer is able to select and choose the most fitting product for his situation from the chosen brand.
For now we need the design for this micro-website. We will re-use the design for all brands that have in our webshops. Therefore; we will need to receive the original design files as a deliverable! Using these original files (i.e. photoshop or indesign) we need to be able to change the logo such that we can re-use the design for another brand.
We need to have the pages below in the design:
1. Front-page helping the customer to choose the right product (just like the pricing options in this design: https://www.freelancer.com/showcase/i/6d-civil-corporate-template/224787)
2. Detailed-page to explain more about the product range itself and showing product characteristics and available options.
3. A brand-page to tell more about the Brand displayed on this website. This page should also be suitable to display large texts such as the general terms and conditions.
Please design the website for us.
Afterwards, if you complete the design task according to our satisfaction, you will receive another assignment to convert the design to a Wordpress template.
Please note:
1. The original and editable design files (i.e. Photoshop- or Indesign-files) are a deliverable. We need to be able to change the design after delivery.
2. The design should be responsive. We need to have a mobile-, tablet- and a computer-interface.
