True AI is a venture backed artificial intelligence startup that automates customer support using machine learning/deep learning. Our product is the result of our own research, building on top of cutting-edge deep learning breakthroughs. The team has expertise in management and artificial intelligence, with backgrounds from companies such as McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, LBS, UCL’s PhD program, Amazon and and Yoshua Bengio’s deep learning lab. As a company, we are alumni of Entrepreneur First, Microsoft Accelerator and Google’s Machine Learning residency program.
We are looking for someone with a great sense of design, and the ability to execute on design ideas through both design software such as Sketch or Illustrator and frontend engineering with React. You will have the opportunity to be part of the future of AI and play a key role in taking our business to the next level.

- Must-have requirements
Design:
*Ability to create rapid non-functional mockups
*Sketch or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator proficiency

*Strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
*Ability to create rapid non-functional mockups
Engineering:
*Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6
*Proficiency in the modern React ecosystem (Redux, Yarn, ES6)
*Familiarity with main UI/UX libraries (Bootstrap, SCSS)
*Ability to port prototypes to functional HTML/CS/JS code
Nice-to-have:
*Python programming experience
*Experience with open source projects
*Experience developing for customer service CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk
- Practicalities
*London-based or willing to relocate to London
*Legally allowed to work in the UK (UK/EU citizen/necessary work permit). Unfortunately we cannot arrange visas at this stage
