UI & graphic design expert to improve a current site

Hi guys, we have a site getting ready to go live.
The website is based on wordpress with buddypress, and sweetdate template.
We are looking for someone who can design the front page, and help create a smooth user experience .
Your Job will be:
1 To go over the whole site as a user and an admin, and text and see if there are any css issues.
2 You will have to check the site on mobile as well, and check for the same issues.
3 You will need to produce images of how the site currently looks, and how using your professional expertise it should look.
4You will need to make a step by step visual explanation of how to make each page better.
The budget is $100 max, please dont bid over it.
