Graphic designer for Social Media Management (Instagram), create & maintain

here is the brief of the job opportunity:

Basically what is needed is autonomous creative conceptor, not only limited to social media content, but the whole brand's aesthetic.

however, i can say that most of the work (75%) will be centered around refurnishing the Instagram.

I can say that i foresee the starting days will be more workload since there are new packaging & new product coming, attached are the pictures. (Brite Whitening Strips and Brite Sonicc)

i also attached other brand that sell similar product, called 'Crest Whitestrips'

expected work load for the coming 3 months:

Instagram:

guiding where the brand will look like, layouting, planning

estimated content in 30 days would be 20 photos and 10 graphic content (motion graphic, static, banner, or edited photos)

Content creation with caption prepared, basically sweet talk.

active instastory, check ig @[login to view URL] & @BLPbeauty, they are very active.

Creating Engagement post, such as quiz with/without rewards, giveaway, etc.

Guiding photography etc.

Merchandising:

basically anything to help the branding to make the brand has this 'pretty/sweet' touch, mainly the little stuffs, namely,

sticker for Shipping

Box for Shipping

Greeting Card for Shipping

Advising

not necessarily design, but again, requesting suggestion from other perspective about aesthetic and creative ideas.

Expected performance: for Instagram, it is expected to be significantly more beautiful, easy to navigate, easy to understand, telling information yet fun, providing engagement posts.

Timeline: the candidate has flexibility, as long as the result is good, since the instagram usually is preplanned. however there might be few things. that is slighlty spontaneous like making banner.

Meetup: only when needed, once every 2 weeks.

Fee Offered: 3.5mil/month, trial for 2 months.
