I need a poster/banner design

I am trying to find someone to help me make a poster/banner of my brother lifting with a quote overlayed on top of the still. It's going to be temporarily hanging in a private gym, so I think it would be nice if it blended in with other posters already hanging in the gym.
I have my attempt at the poster below. It seemed like the gym owner wasn't too receptive of my attempt ([login to view URL]) - so maybe if it's done professionally, it'll be easier to convince him to keep it up indefinitely. I'd also like to keep the quote the same, it was something he would always say to me when I was down. I also attached a picture with the posters already hanging in the gym, for reference.
Would it be possible to size the still of him ([login to view URL]) to a 2'x6' banner? If so, then that's what I would like, with the quote overlayed in the foreground too.
