Seeking a Shopify Guru to Help Design, Build, and Launch a 175 SKU Beauty Store

I have never worked in shopify before, but this is the first of a few e-comm sites i plan to launch on the platform. I know what I want put of the design, amd have some mockups, but I'm not married to much outside of my functionality and plug in requirements (which i will add to this project listing below soon). As I'm unfamiliar with the platform, I'm looking for someone who is apprised to its more current necessary features/add-ons, and such.

This store is beauty based (skincare, haircare, cosmetics, etc.), and will launch with somewhere between 125-175 unique skus. I plan to add many more in the coming months, so not a mega-store but certainly not small.

All inventory is currently in my procession and shipped from here, but i will sending it off to a 3PL/3PF partner once i land on one, and integrating a new inventory management application. This is anticipated to happen prior to launch, or shortly after.

I have product images completed and being edited now, and have inserted much of the content into a batch upload sheet, however, i feel the format of the sheet will need to be adjusted, as a functionality priority for the project is expandable custom tabs on each product page.

a few other necessities are:

▪︎ custom graphics/icons for shopping bag, social media, etc. (i will provide vectors)

▪︎responsive/clean design for both mobile and web

▪︎quick view product pop ups with "add to bag" button on both web and mobile sites

▪︎many custom expandable tabs on product pages. some products will have tab categories/contemts that others will not.

>>also, i know this is complicated, and im planning to not utilize it for launch, but definitely need to have it in my back pocket if necessary: I'd like to have the ability to add a secondary image gallery for each product in these expandable tabs. ill explain later, but essentially if my concept flops and doesnt turn any conversions, inclusion of this could save the site.

▪︎mega menu with primary categories that each have many sub categories, as well as extensive sort, filter, and search features. Separately, need the ability to click on a brand name and see all items offered from that brand, then sort and filter through categories within that brand.

Overall design needs to be clean, chic, seamless, and minimal. I'm not at all apprised to current web design trends, so hoping to find someone who is..

I'm also still learning the complexities of SEO, as im only familiar with keywords and such that are specific to third party marketplaces. google is a whole new endless jungle to explore for me in this regard, so I'll need a great deal of help ensuring that the site, products, images, etc. are all optimized from the get-go.

Also, if I'm entirely honest, I'm not 100% married to shopify, so if you have suggestions/recommendations for other platforms that may be more suitable, please feel free to share. The only reason i landed on shopify was because i felt as though if i were to work with someone to build this site on shopify, i could confidently develop the other sites on my own.. but i also realize that im far too busy for that to be entirely my reality.
