I have enquired about whether grayscale is useful or whether shading has to be realized by the density of the black dots.
In the attachments you can find a handmade drawing of a logo, which the design will be based on. We have a sea scheme here for something like a fashion brand. Around the design there is a cutting line, at the top are scissors. The middle shows a lighthouse, some waves and a seagull. The handwritten name will come from another image, we'll provide later. Feel free to arrange the elements however you see fit, given that the chosen format is an ellipse of 50mm wide and 19mm high, as opposed to the round shape you see in the sketch.
Given that confined space we don't need much more detail in the final logo, but we need it a bit more artistic looking ;-)
