Website Coding to replace (pics) with (vedios with new effects) on one webpage / HTML file -- 3

PHP Expert required for pure HTML Coded Website page. the freelancer is required to REPLACE the main pictures on the header of my website WITH vedios (will be provided) in the EXACT LAYOUT, FUNCTIONALITY and MOTION EFFECTs of http://www.sothebysrealty.com. You will not be paid if there is any difference no matter how much work or time you spend trying to replicate it. so its either yes you can do a 100% replicate OR not. So check the website very well before proposing. Dont propose just so we chat and then you say no i cant or shoot me with double your price.
