Software quality assurance engineer needed

We're a small software company based in the US that provides a web based customer engagement platform (email response, live chat, self help, outbound mass email, etc.) to mostly larger companies. Our previous test suites were built in the now deprecated Selenium IDE, and we need to build a completely new QA process for a new product we're launching.
We will develop most of the test cases, but need a QA engineer that can write and manage a suite of tests that include regression tests, functional tests, and performance tests mostly within Katalon Studio and Jmeter. There is also opportunity to develop tests for our APIs by developing small web pages that use the product's APIs to drive additional test cases, so code experience is highly preferred.
We are looking for one person that would work closely with us over the next several years on this project. We will NOT consider any companies or teams ... we just want to find one good person to work closely with on a long-term basis. This will easily be a full-time position.
