WordPress Theme Installation & Customization (no coding required)

I purchased the following WP theme :

I know how to create a database, install Wordpress and install the theme, but I don't know exactly how to customize the theme to meet my needs.
I have a precise idea in mind, with precise menu items, sub-menu items, content of home page. I don't know if all is possible... Let's try ! :-)
I'd like something similar to the following demo (it is on the theme creators' website) :

Your work will be to install WordPress and the theme on your computer and **show me**, using a screen sharing application like "[url removed, login to view]" or similar (your choice), how to customize the theme, create the menu, add pages, add articles, etc., so I don't make mistakes and save time. The goal for me is learning how to do these things on my own.
I also need to add an email list subscription form (I use an autoresponder service that provides me with the code to add) on the right side and maybe at the bottom of articles.
Commenting your actions is not required (ok if you think it's better). You may have to answer questions I have.
If the theme is not a good choice for what I need, suggesting me one will be appreciated.
Not sure at all, but maybe some PHP, CSS, HTML and JavaScript knowledge will be required, to fix little glitches, add "elements" here and there, edit the theme (?).
The design is and must stay responsive. It is and must stay cross-browser compatible.
