Synchronizing two banners in iframes using Adobe Animate and [login to view URL]

I have a 940x90px banner ad and a 160x600 skyscraper ad that form a two-part wallpaper ad.

They will be loaded onto the page in two iframes.

Both ads change background from black to white midway (labeled in the timeline as "Black" and "White", this change needs to be synchronized so it always happens at the same time no matter if one ad takes longer to load etc etc.

The zip contains Adobe Animate Files of the banners, a HTML template for Adobe Animate that already contains the link to [login to view URL] and a [login to view URL] that displays the wallpaper. Please write the script into the .fla files and publish into the appropriate folder.
