Hi, i have a german membershipsite [url removed, login to view] where people can get free plans for DIY creating waterwalls and fountains, when they leave their email adress. Those leads will be emailed automatically with different campaigns until they register for payed membership. I am already using googel adwords and facebook ads, but they are expensive and slow. Hope you can help me get more traffic. I am willing to pay up to 3 euro / per lead.

WARNING! The budget is only low for testing! Once you have proven you can deliver good traffic the budget will be some hundret of euros/month.
