Setup and Manage Adwords / Facebook for a Client.

I am a Digital Marketing Consultant based in USA who needs an Adwords Specialist to monitor one of my Clients Google Adwords Campaigns. The ideal individual is fluent in their understanding of online marketing mediums, including Facebook and Google, and possess a strong command of keyword marketing, analytic analysis, PPC. This individual will be responsible for creating and launching SEO campaigns, identifying areas of improvement, running PPC campaigns, and improving our web sites' rankings in major search engines.
Below are the task that needed to completed in the tight deadline:
• Sets up pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google Search, Google Display Partners, and Google Mobile Ads from sratch.
• Do comprehensive research on keyword.
• Create google Ads(Textual Ads, Display Ads and In Stream Video Ads) that will run only on Google Search and display partners.
• alpha/beta testing. Desigers will be provided.
• Proactively manage bids.
• Design, develop, and manage PPC campaigns including, campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, drive volume, and hit Cost Per Lead targets
• Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click- through and conversion rates
• Provides and prepares recommendations and insight related to campaign development and campaign performance evaluation
• Verifies quality and appropriateness of ad placement in search engine site networks
