HybridApp - GPS Coordinates and PushUp Notifications

I want to capture my phone GPS coordinates and copare it with a database them do pushup notifications.

I don't have an app desing so this could be a blank screen and show only thumbnail webpages.

The app must run in background and sense when the user stops.

This is the main requirements or user story:

1- App with Facebook and Google login

2- Database Creation (Excel Structure)

3- GPS Capture (X,Y) logic.

4- Comparation logic GPS vs Database

5- PushUp notification

6- URLs Thumbnail
