Ionic Chat App

I'm looking to get an ionic chat app for Android and iOS. The idea of the app is to have a chat app that users can come on and chat with me, so I need something...maybe another app or something that is only for me and my employees to chat with customers that install the app and want to talk with us. The idea of the app is the user would download it and install, then they would load it up and there would be no registration just enter in a name and email then it would take them to a chat where one of us would talk with them individually. There would be no group chat or anything. Then there would be one other option as well on the app for the user to schedule an appointment.
