DIY Video Ads

but instead of charging a monthly fee, I just want to charge a one time "download" fee. Users should be able to upload photos and videos to our servers and add the content of their choosing to create a personalized video clip.

We should be able to support 4:3 and 16:9 formats including HD resolutions. Once purchased the user can download the video file in any of the popular formats they want. We will include free posting on YouTube and the ability to purchase DVDs or CDs (depending on format they choose)

Otherwise I want to have several templates and color layouts for them to use. I can provide royalty free images and music, but if you have some that would be great too.

The system will need to be integrated to use 2Checkout as its payment method and offer users the ability to download or make changes to their video file at any time up to 60 days (once paid)
