Improved version of Android for the O2 Joggler

I would like to hire a coder to make an improved version of Android (3.0 ?) for the Joggler. You can find more informations about it,going here :

as you can see,someone has already started to make the porting of Android on the Joggler,but it's old,not complete and unstable. Since the price of the joggler is very low,I think that the best way to follow could be that you buy one from here :

and you start working on it from your side,rather than working on mine with a remote connection. The money that you spend buying the joggler is considered on the bid.

I would like to run the Android market on the joggler,too.
