i need some example for a form that communicate with other form/DB from different microservice.

- i want to know how to browse API from other microservice

- validation when hit save button, to make sure data taken from other microservice is still valid (not changed/deleted)

- saving with asyncronous to other microservice, and how it maintain if future problem occured after save.

- how to communicate using kafka to make sure data is sent 100%
