XML Simple Writer

I need a simple xml writer.
It has to be done in Java and has to run from command line.

## Deliverables
It's very simple it has to:
* at Stores tag, inside Regions tag, where StoreName equals XXX, write at Text tag1, text1 String. Write at Text2 tag, text2 String. And write at Text3 tag, text3 String.
* method declaration is: void fillTextsAtStore(String storeName, String text1, String text2, String text3);
* save the new xml.
