Stage1: I have a book "Black Art of Java Game Programming" I lost the CDROM, It has one chapter with a demo 3D Library example making your own 3D Library. It gives all the classes but a few in the book and the others are on CDROM. Find the missing classes on the web or reproduce them.
Stage2: I have translated some C code for Texture painting into Java but it's not yet complete. It is maybe 90% and needs completion and testing.
Stage3: Integrate texture mapping into 3D Library
Stage4: Implement simple shading where the light source has an angle and polygons surface also has an angle, so you use alpha blending or something to alter the shade of polygon based on its angle to the light source.
We will work together on this, don't expect this to be fast completion.
