pure C/C++ code conversion to java

Hi there, I have 2 functions (with around 5-10 sub functions all together) in c/c++ (mixed code) that needs to be converted into pure java code. That functions are using DES and TripleDES algorithms. Please note that I do NOT NEED java code that implements DES and TripleDES from available crypto library, I need those functions without library implementation as they are in c++ code. The outputs of c/c++ and java should perfectly match. I am attaching screenshot of C++ console test application which implements those 2 functions, I need same in java.
