The existing Fossil plugin at

needs to be extended to provide the same features like the git plugin, if applicable to fossil.

main features needed are:
opening of local and remote repository
add, remove, move/rename of a file
commit, push, pull
diff of files
merging
These features are for the most part already existing.
As an alternative to extending the existing fossil plugin the developer can decide to create a new plugin by adapting the existing git (or svn, hg) plugin to use fossil as a client.
