281444 Sliding Boxes and a Map

Javascript on three boxes:

For three boxes (see [url removed, login to view]), on hover the image and its top border need to slide down (using animation) to reveal the text underneath. The three boxes are automobiles ([url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]), residential ([url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]) and commercial ([url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]). On mouse off the image would slide back up into its original place. Let me know if you need slices rather than full pngs (the ...[url removed, login to view] image will need to be sliced).

Service Area Map:

For this map, I need to functions:

1) In the space the map takes up (283x176), I need a larger map to be in place. The visitor can then click to grab the map and move it around in the 283x176 frame (like using Google maps)

2) The visitor could then enter a 5 digit zip code to see if that zip code is in the service area. I would supply you with all the zip codes that are in the service area. If the zip code is in the service area, a confirmation image would appear over the map. Any other 5 digit number (or 1-4 digit number) would cause a failure image to appear over the map.
