Need custom Jquesry slider

I need to code a slider which will work like this but not as image shape , it will be combination of text and image for each block. you need to implement it in my current coding. So have to make sure it will not conflict with current js/jquery but if conflict you will fix those. I will send you my current html page too.

NB: It will be responsive but in mobile it may scroll by single block no need to show 03 blocks as it will be very small in size for mobile.
