We are a small brasilian digital marketing company. We are building a multi channel contact center web application. The first version is running with a few clients.
Our web app allows companies to interact with their customers, using different chat messages channels. In Brasil, the most important channel is WhatsApp.
Server side runs a .NET Core 3.1 C# MVC single page application. Client side is pure Javascript, with some JQuery, and of course HTML and CSS. We also use Asp.Net Identity to authenticate users.
We need help to develop new features and do some adjustments.
Scope of this milestone:
1) Insert Emoticons at the Send Message text area:
