Create Joomla menu's and filling

On an existing (but new) Joomla website temporarely available on [url removed, login to view] there is the need to edit the menu's in the template and create all pages. Works consists of 2 steps:

Step 1 - menu's

- Create the mainmenu

- Create the sub-menu

- Create the footer menu

Step 2 - page's

- Create all the 45 pages linked in the menu's (and leave them empty, we will fill them ourselves)

Find attached a explanation picture and the menu structure.

Looking for an experienced Joomla expert that can start right away and finish up within max 3 days, sooner is prefered.
