Re-configure PHP on LITESPEED web server

Need to add the following PHP libraries, which require PHP to be reconfigured. Important: I run Litespeed web server, so we need to install the same PHP version that is compatible with Litespeed and make sure that lsphp is activated.
The libraries are:
- GD
- FreeType
We also need to add --with-png-dir and --with-jpeg-dir.
To test that it's working, I will use imagecreatetruecolor() and imagettftext(). The work is done via TeamViewer, since I cannot give direct access to the server.
