Fix FTP on my Azure VM running WHM/cPanel on CentOS

I had to change the public IP address of my VM over the weekend and since then I have been unable to FTP into the server using Filezilla client. I was able to FTP prior to the change of the IP address.
Fortunately Filezilla has a status window showing the various commands and the problem seems to be after the command PASV as within the response that says entering passive mode is the old IP address along with two further numbers being 246 and 122. I can confirm that the FTP passive ports 49152-65534 are open for TCP incoming connections for this VM.
Therefore I need a Linux (CentOS 7.5) expert to look at this and hopefully see what the problem is and fix it. I would also like someone to work on this immediately.
